Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or items that are misprinted, defective or damaged during shipment. If any of these apply, please send us an email to: contact@sightunveiled.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will sort that out for you.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns as each item is made-to-order, but if there is something wrong with your order, please email: contact@sightunveiled.com
Our return policy does not cover buyer’s remorse.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges as our products are made on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. If you wish to get the item in a different size or color please make a separate purchase. Wrongly ordered sizes are not eligible for refunds.
